Your role: As a Project Control Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that everything works smoothly, and engineering designs are being followed.
How you will contribute to our success:
- Collaborate with field engineers and project managers to ensure that engineering designs and project plans are executed accurately and efficiently;
- Manage project costs, supplies, and logistics to support on-site activities;
- Generate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring the accuracy of records related to connection points, project progress, and quality checks;
- Act as a central point of contact, helping to resolve any concerns or issues related to project installations;
- Facilitate effective communication between the field teams and the back office, ensuring that the project plan is on track to meet anticipated deadlines;
- Regularly update the company's platform with progress reports and crucial data;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide project updates, adjustments, and ensure smooth project execution, conducting checks on the project site when necessary.
To be a fit you will need:
- Background in Engineering or another technical field;
- Proven experience in licensing and management of Fiber Optic Networks and FFTx projects;
- Advanced MS Office skills;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Good command of the English language, oral and written;
- Good communication and time management skills;
- Ability to consistently achieve daily targets and contribute to overall project success.
