Your role: As a Partners Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in establishing strong relationships with potential partners and subcontractors, building trust, and maintaining fluid communication to secure their interest in collaborating on civil works projects in Germany.

How you will contribute to our success:

  • Establish strong relationships with potential subcontractors in Germany;
  • Build trust and maintain fluid communication to secure their interest in civil works projects in Germany;
  • Specialize in coordinating and scheduling initial meetings with subcontractors;
  • Utilize exceptional communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless arrangements and positive first impressions.

To be a fit you will need:

  • Previous experience in a call center or relationship management role;
  • Ability to coordinate and schedule meetings with efficiency and precision;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and positive relationships;
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office;
  • Fluency in German and English is a requirement for effective communication with German-speaking subcontractors and team members;
  • Proficiency in any additional East European languages is highly beneficial for international interactions.
