Our experienced team of Telecommunication Industry experts provide fiber optic deployment, planning & documentation, construction permits, quality assurance and project management services.

We are seeking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team in Germany.

Responsibilities:

- Direct and support technical teams in designing, executing and implementing of projects

- Manage resources, budgets and allocations for the project within the given project parameters

- Manage official correspondence and interact with contractors, clients and local authorities

- Assess, review and resolve problems arising in execution of projects

- Enforce work standards in compliance with the best practices, standards and procedures

- Ensure completion of projects in a timely manner and within the budget limits.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, management, or another related technical field

- Good leadership, interpersonal & problem-solving skills

- Ability to perform in a multitasking & fluid environment

- 1 to 3 years previous working experience in Managerial position

- Great German Language Skills (current level at least C1).

Ideally, you ’ll also have:

- Awareness of project management/IMS and reporting tools

- Proven leadership record of one or multiple teams

- Knowledge/experience on PON deployment (Fiber optic splicing, cabling, PM measurements)

- Previous working experience in the telecommunications industry.
