Your Role: As a Partners Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in our procurement process, specializing in partner coordination. Your primary responsibility will involve identifying, negotiating with, and managing partners to support our projects effectively. You will also be responsible for expanding our partner network across Greece.
How You Will Contribute to Our Success:
- Identify and source external partners possessing the requisite skills and resources to meet project specifications.
- Negotiate terms with partners to ensure competitive pricing, high-quality deliverables, and adherence to project timelines.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and external partners, facilitating seamless communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Provide support to the Partners Manager in partner selection and evaluation.
- Expand the partner network across Greece to enhance project capabilities and coverage.
- Maintain accurate records of agreements, contracts, and relevant documentation.
To be a fit you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field;
- At least 5 years' experience in subcontractor and vendor management in telecommunications projects;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills;
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
